FFHC 2018 Annual General Meeting Scheduled on June 22, 2018

The Board of FFHC has approved to call an Annual General Meeting at 9 am on June 22, 2018 at the auditorium level of FFHC’s headquarter in Taipei.

Under the local regulatory requirements, FFHC will temporarily suspend the transfer of its stock ownership 60 days prior to the annual shareholders meeting. The suspension period should begin on April 24, 2018 and end at June 22, 2018. According to Securities and Exchange Act, for shareholders owning less than 1,000 registered shares, the meeting notice containing detailed information will be posted on the Market Observation Post System (http://mops.twse.com.tw/) 30 days prior to the meeting, instead of mailing by post. Meanwhile, the electronic voting system will be in place for shareholders to exercise their voting rights from May 23, 2018 to June 19, 2018 on the TDCC website (http://www.stockvote.com.tw).
